What personal information we collect

  • When you create a MyAqualoop account, purchase a product, download a software update, connect to our services, contact us or participate in an online survey, we may collect a variety of information, including your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, contact preferences, device identifiers, IP address and location information.
  • When you arrange for an installation to take place, we will collect an installation address, phone number, and contact preferences.

How we use your personal information
